She passed away April of 2007 from
Bacterial Meningitis, a complication from Lupus.Susan was
a beloved teacher, and all of her students and colleagues
from both high school and college will miss her dearly.

passed away from colon cancer in 1988. There is a memorial
scholarship in her name which is awarded to one student
each year who overcomes academic and personal hardship
while maintaining a cheerful attitude. |
